Dena McMurdie is a writer, artist, and mom with an insane love of children's books. She has a Bachelor's of Fine Art, and worked as a graphic designer, illustrator, and editor. Originally from a rural community in Alberta, Canada, she now lives in North Carolina with her family.

Dena started Red Wolf Press in 2022 to publish her children's activity books, and soon expanded to include a variety of genres.
