Pippa's Night Parade Featured image

Pippa’s Night Parade is a super cute picture book about a girl overcoming her fears. It’s such a darling book, and I’m thrilled to partner with Two Lions to celebrate the book’s publication! Plus, you can download a printable Halloween Go Fish card game!

Pippa has a big imagination, which is wonderful during the day. But at night, her imagination runs wild, pulling monsters and villains from her storybooks to parade around her room. Pippa tries everything she can think of to banish the bad guys back to the stories they come from, but it’s no use. It’s not until Pippa harnesses her imagination with creativity that she is able to conquer her fears and get a good night’s sleep.

This is such a cute story. Every kid deals with a runaway imagination at some point, and this adorable bedtime book addresses it perfectly. I loved how the monsters and villains come from Pippa’s storybooks—books that she enjoys reading while the lights are all on. Kids will identify with the way Pippa’s imagination twists something good (stories) into something scary (monsters). Pippa’s creative solution to her problem will also inspire children to face their fears in new ways.

It’s important to know that Pippa solves the problem of her imaginary monsters on her own. Her parents are the background characters in this story. They’re there, but ultimately, Pippa comes up with the solution by herself.

If you’re looking for fun, imaginative bedtime books for your 3-7-year-old, add this one to your reading stack!
